My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. I recently bought a historic home with a 40+ year old gravity floor furnace. I wasn't able to light the pilot this winter (it's difficult to see and reach) and called the insurance company. Two contractors they sent told me the furnace was not repairable and had to be replaced with new heating systems. I wasn't satisfied with their answers to my questions, so I found Schilling online and called them. Scott came out and lit my pilot, crawled under the house to examine the entire system, and gave me an estimate to clean and refurbish the furnace-which is all it needs, to last another 40 to 50 years. He took his time to explain everything to me so I understood his recommendations. Great experience and service!
