We had an emergency plumbing problem at Vista Pointe Apartements in Covina through GM Plumbing. Carlos and Elliot were absolutely amazing, got the job done quickly and effectively. Elliot was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous and professional, thank you Carlos and Elliot.

They repiped the waste and water when we remodeled our home. Very professional and great work.

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

A-1 Performance is the best! Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and quickly gets the job done. We have sampled several plumbers in the area over many years and we have gotten the best service from them. We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. A-1 Quickly fixed the problem, and we have used them for all our plumbing needs since.

I needed a new gas valve for my dryer. Juan was professional and explained what needed to get done and once he got the part - he completed the work in a timely manner.

I have reviewed Tony's before, and just want to reiterate what a thorough, reliable and consistently honest business this is. I had a leaky toilet this time, and although the first visit did not completely fix the leak, Paul was right back the next day and was able to pinpoint the problem (no charge for the return visit). Paul is wonderful (as is Mark who was out last month for a pinhole leak under one of the bathrooms). I will never use another plumber
.......only Tony's! Now I just need to put them on speed dial.

Andy came quick to check out the issue we were having at our home with the plumbing. He was very professional, explained in detail what was causing the problem and how he could fix it. I am Very paticular with any services I get.(to say the least)
Starting with the phone call, Will was very professional and the service followed suit. They showed up on time , kind and had great manners. To top it off, they unglogged my main line and left the place cleaner than it was. I will for sure be calling SoCal Sewer & Water for any & all my plumbing needs in the future!

Kyle came out to give a thorough and fair priced job. Kodi completed the work and both gentlemen were professional and attentive to my questions and made sure I understood what work was needed and completed
