We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Is $745.00 a reasonable price to charge to replace a running, slow to fill toilet? They quoted my 75 year old Vietnam vet father that price. They told my mom that if they fix the problem, it will be about 200.00 less. I didnt allow them to fix or replace it. I will get another opinion from another company to see. I will change my rating if that was reasonable. Take my advice and shop around first.

Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
