Started by calling Jacob for an estimate for water heater replacement at my house, ended up with him telling me the steps to do it myself and even provided a shopping list for materials. Amazing service without even asking for a dime. Got the job done myself just as he described. I've saved his number as my go to for plumbing in the future.

They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the jump in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. A whole house gas line repipe was done. Robert did the brunt of the work, digging a trench , he worked hard and completed the work. He was attentive to our questions and concerns, very polite.

Great and quick service. Great attention to detail. Vmax did a whole house re-pipe, new piping for an addition, tankless water heater installation, under sink reverse osmosis water purification system and whole house water softer installation for us. The city inspector was impressed with their work and told us he rarely is able to apppove plumbing work the first time, but truly couldn’t find anything wrong with Vmax’s work.

5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

These guys were fantastic! I called with a broken pipe, Richard and his crew were at my house within 30 minutes. From the moment they showed up they had a can do attitude. Even when the simple pipe fix became much less so due to corroded pipes, they simply said that they'd be here until it was done (even though it was very late in the day). Thanks to excellent work by Richard, Fabian, and Kevin the work was done within an hour. Thank you again guys!
