Even though for a plumber, the water heater repair is a small job, for my wife and I, not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Besides Readyfast’s quick response time, they do little things that I appreciate - like, calling the night before to verify and calling again when they are one their way. The technicians are always clean, all the tools are clean, when they are done with the job, the work area looks cleaner than when they got there. They all comply to the COVID-19 mask requirement, they are friendly, knowledgeable and they just convey confidence that the problem is going to be fixed - and for us, it always has been fixed. The high work ethics of the owner, John Flocken, seems to trickle down to all the Readyfast technicians. I rated the company 5 stars because they deserve it.
