We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. They provide a great service to the people that rent to me. Used them 4 times. They're always quick. I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.
