We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Mike from Dial ONE is the best plumber I’ve ever known, I will never use any other plumbing company from now on. Mike is SO nice, which is much appreciated. He gathered all the parts and called to see if they could come 3 days early (yes!), they installed the water heater, put in a new drain pan, updated the drain pipe to code and installed a hot water recirculating pump. I now have hot water to all the faucets and showers in less than 10 seconds—trust me, I counted. Used to take almost 2 minutes for my shower to heat up. I could not be happier. THEN they sang happy birthday to me.

We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. A-1 Quickly fixed the problem, and we have used them for all our plumbing needs since.

They were so helpful, last minute. In this climate a plumber who is unavailable last minute is a blubber in demand (meaning good work) but I they accommodated me since it was a borderline emergency. They were reasonable in price and worked hard

They provide a great service to the people that rent to me. Used them 4 times. They're always quick. I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.
