Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Jose moved a gas line to accommodate a new range. He was friendly and professional. He was able to come by and give me a quote the very same day. He went above and beyond to make sure it worked and looked perfect. I will definitely use his company for any future plumbing needs.

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went. Absolutely recommend this company who also has very reasonable prices! Thank you, Jose!

2020 Just a quick update. We called Ben Franklin again, and Lisa came and replaced three leaky outdoor faucets. She was quick, efficient, informative and respectful of Covid-19 mask and distancing needs. 5-star rating again!2018 Kevin arrived on time, was friendly and took time to examine the system and answer all questions. He had the stainless ball valves we wanted on his truck- no delays. We needed to replace the shutoff valves under the sink and the main shutoff. The rubber gaskets and packing on regular compression valves keep corroding in our Florida water. Then when you try to turn them off they leak water out the stem and won't shut the water off completely! Sometimes tightening the collar helps the stem leak; but it keeps dribbling out the faucet! Do I sound like a ball valve evangelist? After 25 years of this it is long overdue.Kevin did a great job! Every thing is restored neatly, the joins are clean and professional, he was careful to wear booties whenever he came in the house, especially good after replacing the main shutoff outside with a ball valve. So our first experience with Ben Franklin gets 5 stars!

My sewer was clogged, called for service. They broke the snake off in my sewer pipe and then gave me the name of their excavator to get it out, expecting me to pay. Then they charged me $135. My sewer was still clogged and it had their broken snake in it. I called another plumber to fix their screw up. Then Miller came back on to my property a week later to get the snake my plumber dug up out of my sewer line. They did not call or ask permission. Only know it was them because I have cameras. They cut bent parts from their snake and left them in my driveway. I had to clean up sewer contaminated parts before my pets or neighbor kids played with them or my mower hit them.

Great and fast service! Albert was very efficient and the prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
