We purchased a house in August and with it came and already installed water softener system. I noticed after the first couple months that the salt level was not going down, so I suspected that there was a problem. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they sent out Steven G. Steven G went over the whole system for me and showed me how to use it. He also quickly detected the problem with the system I was able to get it fixed within a short amount of time I had before I leave the house. He even went a step farther and run a maintenance check up on my water heater. I was really pleased with my service and with Steven G.

Duane and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. All in all, professional and courteous!

Josh Bortin goes the extra mile! He is knowledgeable--licensed as both plumber and electrician--prompt, and completely dependable. In my case, her responded immediately to a text for help sent on a Saturday night (!) and arrived Sunday morning, looked at the problem, diagnosed it on the spot, and returned Sunday afternoon with the necessary part. Problem solved!
