Very pleased with the services Mike and his team provided (replace main water valve and pressure relief valve). Booking was very straightforward - after filling out the webform with when I wanted them to show up, I got an email, text, and voicemail confirming the appointment **from the person who was going to actually show up** as well as a text when he was on the way. Initial consultation was quick and easy, and he spotted another potential issue he could address. He showed up the next day to perform the work, along with two apprentices he was training (this was when another larger plumbing company told me they were booked solid for 2-3 weeks). Work was performed quickly, professionally, and with minimal contact due to COVID-19 precautions. All three of them were wearing masks whenever I saw them. Cleaned up after themselves well, and offered to put me on a notification list for annual service of our water heater and pressure relief valve. Highly recommended.

I called Wes's because they had installed and done maintenance on my furnace (via previous homeowner). They called me promptly and walked me through how to fix the problem on my own (it turned out to be something really simple), even though they easily could have charged me to come out for a visit. Robbie did an awesome job with our toilet. Even though a huge mess was made he was extremely professional and unclogged the pipe preventing a even bigger mess.
