I highly recommend Spiro with Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC. He recently fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and did an excellent job. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and punctual.

Will be hiring again if/when we need more plumbing work. The office and plumbers couldn't have been more professional, helpful, or patient. We had a unique issue with drain flies and they were the FOURTH plumber I called and the ONLY one who knew anything about what I was talking about. They came out and found the issue, organized an estimate, scheduled a time to do the work, and all while being socially distanced and masked. They walked me through the finished work, making sure to show me and explain to me what was completed. I was worried it would be too expensive for us, but in my experience with other plumbers, it was very reasonably priced. HUGE thanks to them!! I will be a return customer and encourage anyone thinking about calling them to call!

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

I ordered a new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal from Home Depot. At my request, Home Depot contacted one of their trusted plumbing companies, D W Bahr Plumbing and Heating Company, to do the installation once all the parts were in. I received a scheduling call from their office within a day or so. On the appointed day, September 2, 2021, Joe and Damond called to give their arrival time and in fact were a few minutes early. Joe checked under the existing sink and saw some possible complications. Serious challenges became apparent once he and Damon looked over and measured the new sink (which was deeper and much heavier than the existing one), faucet and disposal: there was a mismatch between the location of existing drains and pipes and the requirements of the new items. Joe advised that an under-sink rebuild might be necessary and that the rebuild might require another visit and possibly additional charges. But instead of giving up, Joe and Damond removed the existing sink, faucet and disposal and committed to getting the job done. They found the necessary supplies on their truck and Joe rebuilt the under-sink system with great precision, Before long, and after overcoming at least one additional significant obstacle, the new sink, faucet and disposal were beautifully installed and working. No additional visit was necessary; and, although I offered to pay, there were no additional charges beyond what I prepaid at Home Depot. They removed all the old items and carefully cleaned up. I could not have been more satisfied; and I recommend the company and Joe and Damond strongly and without reservation.

Now these guys are pros! They found and fixed the problem in my house really quick. Thanks.
