Ty replaced our old toilet with a modern one and replaced our shower head as well. Have used him a number of times. Happy with his service.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! In fact, he fixed it so quickly that there was no charge. Now that’s a company i can count on in the future. Outstanding work by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.

Brian came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he was done, he marked the exact spot where the underground leak was believed to be. When the plumber came out the next morning, the leak was exactly where Brian said it was. Great service! I would use them again, no doubt

Ira came out and inspected a sewer backup suggested pumping the septic prior to moving forward with any specific repairs. Very informative and a great experience. I will continue to use this team when I run into plumbing issues in the future.
