Garbage business. Horrible phone presence. Couldn't even email a quote for a water heater. Maybe the secretary was offended by my questioning the verbal quote. Well she lost the business for them and I will also be reporting the unprofessionalism to Home Depot since they now have to find me a new plumber.

Just go somewhere else. These guys can't even get out of their own front door...

My entire experience with the company was great. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Chris W came to replace my laundry tray, showed me all my options and did a professional job. I plan on using this company for future needs.
