We called them due to an emergency no heating situation. They could not get anyone out same day, bummer, but understandable. This Saturday. We scheduled for Monday 330-6 window which would have caused me to leave work early. Luckily, we were able to find another company who came out Sunday. I called to cancel, but did not get an answer. They called at 530 to tell me no one is coming! Thank goodness I went with another company or we would have gone without heat for 3 days waiting on Michael and Son! How do you schedule an appointment for 2 days away and wait last min to say no one is coming! I will never call them again

Very very happy I finally found a reliable and honest plumber. I've had a few plumbing issues pop up and I have really appreciate responsiveness and being punctual. He's also been fair and consistent in educating me to prevent future mishaps. Thanks so much.
