James Smith and his assistants (one was Howard; I don't have the other's name) did an excellent job. We were especially impressed that they took the time and care to tie back and safeguard our plants. (Access to our backyard was difficult.) The excavation work was done skillfully and efficiently. James and his assistants were also very pleasant to deal with.

Our installers were Joe and Diamond. They did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. It only took about an hour. Customer service was superb!! I would highly recommend their business. They cleaned up and left the area in good condition, removing all trash. We will be happy to use them again.

Our sump pump was not clearing. The technician came the next day as requested and quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it with several replacement parts in less than two hours. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Very pleased with the service.
