I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

Can't say enough about how professional Mike's Plumbing is. They came out a few months ago to fix a drain in my bathroom so of course I called them when my kitchen sink was clogged. The service tech was extremely knowledgable and explained the issue in a way that I could understand. The plumbers aren't pushy nor do they use scare tactics to try and milk you for every dime. Most of all, they call a few days after the service has been provided to check in on you. Highly recommended.

Very clean work never afraid to work

The sales staff was professional and explained everthing clearly, when I needed them to change the date of the work, they worked with mw to make it happen.the installation staff were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely use them again!

We recently used Empire Plumbing and Heating. They replaced our water heater, replaced faucets, and repaired a leak in our bathroom. A previous plumber told us that we needed to replace the toilet. Thankfully we found this company that was honest enough to tell us we did not need a new toilet. A minor repair was needed and it has been working great ever since. This company is dependable; they arrive on time. Excellent work, and excellent clean up. Very reasonable. They are honest and will always be the first company I call for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
