I appreciate the being called late Sunday night You were able to work us into the schedule for 8:00 a.m. the next day. Your colleagues are very personable We appreciated your timeliness and fixing the toilet I can't get downstairs because of my medical condition so getting it fixed was important. However it totally caught us off guard at the astronomical cost $817 for a toilet to be fixed I'm sorry I believe that's beyond expensive

I've been using Fitz for years. They always do good work, and they don't rake you over the coals with prices!

Horrible experience. If they call you back they will price gouge you even when they don't fix the problem. Read other reviews and know I was right if you dare work with them...

In our new to us house the previous owner had installed a sub par heating and cooling system that would never operate well. We contacted AJ Michaels to see what could be done. They came out and evaluated the situation. He quickly came up with a solution. It was not the cheapest up front but, It will save us a ton in the long run as it is way more efficient. The quality of materials and workmanship is top notch. These guys know what they are doing and they know the product they are selling. After going through a few seasons now we have a home that is so comfortable and costs less to heat and cool. Great company to deal with.
