Chose this plumbing service based and reviews and I was not disappointed. Jack called ahead and let me know he was on the way. He showed up and was professional, asked for details on what was needed, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. Will definitely be using these guys for future plumbing needs. In a remodeling project, we had Action Plumbing come out numerous times to take care of various plumbing issues. I can’t express how amazing our experience was every single time. We had different people at different times, and each of them acted amazing and professional. We have found our new future plumbing service provider!

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

I called and reported the car as a reckless driver. But one of the workers was driving 15under, swerving in front of me and when I went around(not illegally) HE went around ME in a TURN lane and then slammed the brakes. I was just trying to get to school. He then proceeded to “turn” with no blinker and didn’t actually turn even tho I was passing him so almost cause an accident. Not once but twice. Then honked at me when I PARKED???? I got a picture of the car and reported for reckless driving. Thought about calling jc plumbing but I don’t have time today as I have school and hair appointments I have to do. I was late because of all of this.

Scheduled for time was an hour late. Added freon to AC did not check for leaks charged over 300 freon leaked and we had no air. When we called them we received one excuse after another. Called another company and they fixed us up.
I will never use them again. They would no refund my money for the freon that leaked the same day.
