Best Drains Drain Cleaning in Lincoln NE

We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

No job too big or too small. Before Matt leaves he has worked his way thru a list of my plumbing problems from major to caulking, draining hot water heater and made sure I can shut off the main valve in an emergency. I like doing business with folks like Matt and Michelle.

As the Operations Manager of a large outdoor lifestyle center in South Lincoln since 1999, I have come to rely heavily on certain contractors to help me maintain our facility. Bethany Repair Plumbing and Rooter is one of those contractors. We use BRPR on an annual basis to keep all our tenant sewer lines running smoothly. We also use them for day to day issues that pop up, as well as emergency call outs for broken fixtures and plugged lines. They are quick to respond, professional to deal with, and one of the cleanest plumbers I have ever worked with. The only question you will ask yourself after you have used them is - why did I not use them earlier?

Our toilet needed a repair and our landlord contacted this company. Very happy with the experience. Our plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that I got. From the estimate visit with Mark to the actual installation of my back flow piping in prep for underground sprinkler installation coming up with Mason who was training Richie. John Henry's said they were charging overtime ($100 just to come to the house) and wouldn't provide an estimate.

RotoRooter could come this afternoon and Nick was kind enough to give me a ballpark average of $500 to clear a sewer line (thanks for the transparency Nick! ✊).

John's plumbing went to voicemail and I called the emergency number provided which also went to voicemail and i left a message and have yet to hear back (1 hr ago)

Team Emergency (funniest of all) appears to have disconnected their number as it rings once and hangs up (tried twice)

JC Plus Plumbing (the SHINNING victor) answered right away and said basically call Matt's Sewer and Drain, they're better at that 👀 Who does that!?

I called Matt's and they said they'd come and clear the sewer line for $150 + tax 👀

Maybe the other folks would be better at some things and I'm sure they'd have their arguments... But when it comes to sewers and drains, call Matt's! And the next time I have a plumbing question/problem, I'm calling JC Plus Plumbing!

While the plumber was nice enough he installed shower fixtures but tore out tile and cement board when he should have known better. He had access through a cupboard, but I didn't know any better until the tile lady came and saw the mess. Her jaw dropped!! Now I'll pay another 500.00 if this can even be fixed. The spigot doesn't look right either and hopefully I n his return he will fix this.
In addition, he left my washer water hose off and it is still leaking. I had shoulder surgery and lack the sttenght to tighten it adequately. While I will hold him to the work he has yet to do, I would not recommend these plumbers because of their inexperience.
