Had a hot water heater installed. The service tech was very knowledgeable and got the job done in a very timely manner. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber for their home.

Our technician was very professional and courteous. He arrived on-time and was able to fix our severe backup in what seemed like minutes. Very reasonably priced and transparent.

They completed work, then the city said a final inspection was needed that they didn't do. We called them repeatedly and finally got a hold of them and Mike said can't call him and get same day service and hung up on us. Terrible company!

Owner was at my house within hours of me calling with a new water heater. He was very polite and courteous. The installation was neat as a pin! The inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. I was charged fairly and the owner worked with me on the payment! We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
