Mr Rooter charged me $178.68 to Diagnose my valve and that my cartridge was bad. I was quoted $389.00 to replace the cartridge. I declined any further service. I went to Lowes and bought the cartridge for $59.99 - installed it myself, faucet fixed! $178.68 to tell me the cartridge was bad and $389.00 to change out a $59.99 cartridge? You do the math. The last time I will ever do business with this company.
