I had Zoom Drain come out and look at a toilet clog that was preventing me from using any water in my house. The technicians were prompt, explained everything in detail and answered my questions, and completely resolved the issue quickly.

I called Bryant Heating and cooling to take advantage of their summer A/C check and clean special they advertise for $64.95. My A/C has been slowly getting worse over the years so this was my attempt to hopefully get a quick and cheap repair. The technician showed up promptly as scheduled. A thorough check of my system was accomplished in a quick thorough manner by Brian S., the technician that was sent to my appointment. Brian showed me numerous issues and explained all the possibilities for a proper repair or replacement. With the problems found and the EPA Freon changes due to change in 2020 we decided to go with a new install. Brian went through all of the financing options available to me and within 30 min everything was approved. I was then told that they could install it the same day but decided I would wait for the next morning so it would be cooler for the crew. They showed up promptly as scheduled this morning and are hard at work with the install. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Bryant Heating and Cooling due to their reputation and prompt service. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and cooling needs.
