I was very happy with DDR for the master suite addition to our home. The whole experience has been pleasant from the sales aspect to design. The highlight has been our project manager Scott Hurtle. Scott has been extremely responsive to all questions. If Scott says something will happen on a Monday then it will happen. If not, Scott would call immediately and communicate very clearly the change in schedule. If I had any issue whatsoever Scott would have it resolved almost immediately. He accidentally cut my neighbors cable line (not his fault, unmarked by 811) while trenching the sewer line and fixed her leaning fence as an apology free of charge. My neighbor was so impressed with him that she plans on contacting DDR to build a sunroom. A fabulous local company that I would love to do business with again. Very thorough and detail oriented subcontractors. Omar the tile specialist was excellent as well as the electrical crew. I hope to work with DDR in the future.
