Best Flood Detection in Lexington KY

Until now I would rate the company 5 stars. In the past 2 years they have put in a new heating and air conditioning unit, a new water heater, came back and detected a gas leak after the water heater installation, unplugged many drains because of our old pipes. That is where the problem begins.Our pipes are original and nearly 60 years old, and it was suggested we replace them. Technician Brandon told me he would cut out the old main line out but would not replace all of it because he'd have to jackhammer the concrete in the basement to do so. That sounded reasonable enough and I agreed to do that. He also said he might need to cut into the wall in the bathroom behind the vanity to replace a pipe. I said that would also be okay.They sent Tony to do the work a week and a half later. Tony says he cannot handle the big pipe and would not cut into the wall and we would end up with a random pipe sticking out in our bathroom. I'm sorry, but I don't have any pipes sticking out now, why would I want them to after replacing just because you don't want to do the work another technician said they would. So I called and told the company to have someone other than Tony work on the house because he either cannot do the work Brandon said he could do or does not want to do it. They tell Tony he is free to go, and he leaves WITH THE WATER STILL OFF AND SOME PIPES CUT. That is terrible service. Just because you cannot do a job, you do not leave a customer completely without water - you patch up whatever you did, turn the water back on, and let someone else take over where you are not skilled enough.I've been a comfy club member for years and didn't thousands with the company for both their heating and cooling business as well as plumbing. Never again. Highly recommend shopping around and not using this place.Edit: Changing review. The new team that came out is better. There has been miscommunication between the parent company and the different teams that have been out. Some things were not relayed appropriately, which would have made things go smoother. I've experienced better, but it has been an improvement.

Excellent technicians, very professional. They repaired a very bad septic tank discharge problem. Returned the septic tank to service better than new. There was a misunderstanding about the quoted price which could be made better by itemized action and related cost. This is the third time I have used them and their service has been excellent.
