I’m a DIY guy so when another plumber told me they get $350 - $400 to install a new shower valve, I tried it myself. After six hours of cutting, cleaning and soldering I had a pin hole leak which caused me to doubt all my work. A friend recommended Action Plumbing. I called at 8am and spoke to David and found he had a good personality and listened to my “story”. He of course had other jobs to do first but said he would get back to me by noon. At 11am he called to say he was on the way. He re-soldered all the connections and it was amazing how fast and courteous he and his assistant were. All said and done in about an hour and very very reasonable on price. Highly recommended.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.
