I had a kitchen sink blockage and water leaking from the washing machine in the garage. Tim came out from Plumbing Doc and fixed both issues in less then 30 minutes. Tim was knowledgeable and polite. Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.
