The two young men that came out to help me with a septic issue were absolutely fabulous. Even though the problem wasn’t resolved it was not their fault and Luis and his partner Moses where the hardest working, most determined, and compassionate young men I have met in a long time. If I ever have to call rotor router again I will request these two gentlemen. They made a horrific experience into and experience that gave me a renewed faith in humans! Thank you Luis and Moses for your hard work and for not giving up on me!!!!! God bless both of you!!!!!

We had a baffling leak under an acre of asphalt. Started digging where the water came up, wish we would have called Rick first. They located the leak in an area where I would have bet against him. The Doc was dead on the leak. Thanks Plumbing Doc!!! I'll call first next time...

Our warranty company called this company out to my home to fix the garbage disposal. The customer service when you call is horrible! The lady actually argued with me, kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain, and even hung up on me. Very rude! The service provided was poor, as well. Both times that the man came out, were told that he would be there anywhere from 2-6. Both time, he arrived at 6. We were also told he would call to give us a 30 minute notice before arrival. He never called and even when I tried calling to get an update, they never answered. The man caused a leak as soon as he got their and actually said, “ I don’t know why this happened.” I had to bring out bowls and towels for him. He also left a huge mess and even asked to borrow our tools while he worked. There was new electrical tape on the pipes when he left and new leaks coming from the garbage disposal. We would never recommend this company to anyone!

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.
