Dont answer the phone and don't call back. They dont have enough staff to service their customers.

2nd time using them. Excellent service, great plumber, everything is perfect.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

They were ! I had my home re-piped, and they worked hard, clean! Always letting me know what was going on. And I felt totally satisfied with the work, and the services which I received from Tommy's Plumbing, new faith in in-home repair. I thank them and God bless.

He is fantastic. In my experience there are guys who do great work, but are really unreliable. The get it done when they get it done. Then there are guys who are reliable, but not great. Will is a unicorn. He does fantastic work and reliable. Do not hesitate to hire him.
