Horrible service! We called this guy to fix our pipe and they left a broken snake in our pipes. He refused to fix his mistake and just left. I would definitely not recommend calling them unless you want to be left with more issues that will end up costing thousands of dollars.

I have an older home with some mysterious piping and a sketchy history concerning modifications. The tech put actual thought into solving my problem - he didn't just automatically start snaking the main line to the street (which is what I thought I needed). With the information I provided and him looking at different possible scenarios, we settled on a plan of action and it solved the issue. Nice job cleaning up at the end too.
