I’ve used Keagan now for three projects at my house plus several projects at work. Each of them has been done professionally, quickly and correctly. This time was to replace my water heater that was failing. He’s a straight shooter. Explains what you can expect, how long it will take and what it will cost. I HIGHLY recommend you use Bosch Plumbing for your plumbing projects.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

3 of 5 because Impact got us in touch with a quality plumber to start the process when we discovered a leaking sewer pipe from our toilet in the subfloor. Impact was booked up the day of the emergency and a gentleman showed from a small plumbing business (not Impact). Once restoration dried up the mess, Impact called to set up an appointment. Impact said the original plumber would not be sent out because he didn't work for them.
The plumber they sent, from Impact, mis-diagnosed our problem and didn't want to view our pictures or video of the pipe leaking.
The Impact plumber said it was the wax rings on the toilet that I just put on and said I looked handy so I should reset the wax rings and install the toilet again. We did. Guess what, the pipe still leaked! I felt horrible for a weekend and then called the small business plumber originally sent out and he confirmed it was not the wax rings (because he saw the pics and videos). He referred me to a plumber that would complete this job and the pipe is fixed with no leak!

Lastly, Impact offered no apology or compassion after the mis-diagnosis. They just offered to send a new technician out. We said NOPE! Would have been a 2/5 if we never met the plumber sent out originally...he is a 5/5!

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. We made the right choice in selecting Ace Services as they were very professional, friendly, fair priced and completed the work in a timely manner. Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly.
