Had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. Billy was the technician who came out to my house and went far above and beyond what was expected. If I ever have any plumbing issues again I will be using precision plumbing, and requesting Billy R. to make sure the job gets done right and on budget.

We used 5 Star Home Service for repair of a gas fireplace that had lost the pilot light flame. Gary was very knowledgeable in this area and explained what caused the pilot to suddenly go out. Gary called and left a VM about 15 minutes before he arrived. This is always a good practice for service companies. 5 Star is is a company that we will definitely use in the future should the need arise. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. Gary is a great representative of this service company.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. After two excessive water bills, and the conclusion that the repaired water leaks in my irrigation system could not possibly be the problem, I contacted Hips Plumbing, Inc. based on some online reviews.

I couldn't be more satisfied. First of all they understood the urgency of my problem because I had observed my water meter measuring multiple gallons water usage per minute with every system in my home off. In fact, I was so shocked that I turned the water off at my meter. Hips response was incredible and a service call was scheduled within hours.

However, my complete satisfaction didn't end there. Within hours Tyler and Cody arrived and began their efforts to solve my issue. If I said that I was impressed, that would be an understatement. Unknown to me, the shutoff valve on the waterline to my home was buried about a foot and a half bellow the surface as was my sewer cleanout line.

Tyler's experience was apparent, he instantly knew where to start digging and in short order he located one of the leaks and started to repair it since this repair was required to locate a suspected additional leak. The other leak was isolated when he and Cody also replaced the main shutoff valve for my irrigation system. Both jobs were completed that day even though they worked well into the evening. I can't say enough about Tyler, Cody and Hips. I would recommend their services to anyone, as I did to my neighbor who employed them the day after. If you desire professional and time service, I recommend Hips Plumbing, Inc.

Called for a water leak from my toilets tank and bowl. They were punctual and after trying a few small fixes told me needed a new toilet. Installed it the next day and even picked one up for me. They were considerate when choosing the toilet for me and I am thankful for that.

Amazing service provided by Dan's Dirty Drains. Contacted them at 7:30 am and they were able to remove, repair and replace our toilet by 10:30 am. Very professional, thorough and informative on all steps of the process. We will definitely be using this locally owned business again!!
