Eric responded to our service call and I don’t have any words to express how happy I was with his service. For years we had issues with the sewer/pipes and our landlord kept blaming us for it. Finally Eric was able to uncover the truth and found out there was no pipe at some point and saw roots in there which kept blocking the pipe. Thanks to this company we now know it wasn’t our fault and should not be blamed for it. And we had to pay out of pocket to find the truth. Thanks so much for everything. I selected this plumbing company based on Yelp reviews. They are nearby. I didn't seek bids/estimates. I called because of a shower faucet leak. They charge $79 up front for a service call. Miguel P arrived timely the next day. Happily, he had just the Kohler cartridge needed for the repair in one visit. He was efficient, friendly, and made some additional checks of the plumbing. I asked him to make another appointment to flush the Rennai water heater. He returned the next day and did this job. The final charges for these two jobs seemed reasonable, but I would get several estimates before any big job. In summary, I would recommend Miguel at Hydro for any household plumbing job.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
