So impressed with this company! We had a leak in our front-yard and I called Jason because they were recommended by a neighbor. I was so happy with the fast response, honesty, integrity and prompt service! Highly, highly recommend! Even more so because the cost of the repair was one fifteenth of what the big name company sent by the home warranty quoted us!!

I have been using Sin City plumbing for all kinds of projects, LARGE and small, over the past 5 months, and I can always expect great customer service and quality work. I just called them yesterday for something they could not help me with, and Nelly (I feel like I'm spelling your name wrong, I'm so sorry) went the extra mile to find me another plumber that could assist me. Turns out they couldn't come out as quickly as I needed, but the fact she went above and beyond to help me is what really matters. When you have water flooding the streets, every second counts, so I definitely appreciate her doing this for me when so many other companies and/or people won't. Tyler, and Jeremy have also been amazing! I can count on them to help me with anything I throw their way. They will fully explain the scope of work to me so I understand what is being done and why. Jasmine (I know I'm spelling that wrong too, I feel like such a horrible person right now), and Mike have also been very nice and personable anytime I'm in contact with them... Long story short, they are my go to.

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!
