Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

Last night our toilets decided that the water should be in the showers/bath tubs. We decided to wait a while maybe there was a burst pipe in our area. Nope, well we called and a matter of 30+mins Trenton showed up and un clogged our problem. Definitely will recommend them for friends and family and for future problems. So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation.
