The 1st day Danny arrived and researched our problem. He is a true professional. The next day Jerry and Steve arrived and were also a God send. Our issue could have been very dire. However, these pros put in an effort above and beyond the call. This effort saved us quite a bit of money. We are blessed that a friend recommended Jerry (Ardaven Plumbing).

We were fed up with wasting gallons of water waiting for hot water to travel from our tankless system. When my husband mentioned it to Brandon while he was replacing a toilet, Brandon told us about a circulator option. We thought it sounded too good to be true but decided to go for it based on Brandon's enthusiastic recommendation. He ordered the parts, installed it last Wednesday, and it is great! We used to have to run the water for 2 minutes in order to get hot water in the farthest bathroom, that time is down to less than 20 seconds and it's almost instantaneous in the closest bathroom. I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.
