I spoke with Evelyn over the phone and she was pleasant, prompt and professional. Any questions I had she answered and she was very patient with me. She scheduled someone to come out that same day and they were there within the hour. The service was quick due to a capacitor replacement and I was pleased with the service, Evelyn’s positive attitude, and the overall experience. 10/10

Tech was super awesome. Communicative & polite

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

I called the business at 11am and received a tech by 12pm. Incredibly quick, easy, and affordable. The tech (Richard), was nice and helped me out by pointing out the emergency stop valve in the garage and also took a peek at our water softener to make sure everything was good. Definitely would recommend and use their services again.

They are Thief and liars and people who steal things the owner even steals from his own employees this coming from an ex-employee he stole all my work tools that shows you are kind of company this is
