My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

Amazing customer service! Shawn the service manager was really easy to work with and even squeezed me in to repair our broken water heater as we had no hot water. Sterling the technician was awesome. My water heater crapped out right before the weekend. Brandon arrived on time and provided a quote to install a new unit. After shopping around, I found Focus Plumbing to have the best price. I called back a couple hours later and Brandon made the time to return same day and install so I wouldn’t have to go all weekend without hot water. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I have no hesitation in using Brandon and Focus Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I had an emergancy situation over a long weekend. Roto answer led my call with a real person not an automated system. Once dispatched forward the call, Kris called back within 10 min. Kris lived up to his professional / expedient reputation as noted in other reviews. I know who I'm requesting if I have any other plumbing work I need done.

Btw it's Sunday and he only charged me $220 which included running to Home Depot for parts.

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
