My wife and I experienced an awful leak. Joe/Lewis were there the entire way. They are taking care of speaking with the insurance company for us. The work hasn't been done as of now. I called Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing and Dustin came out to see what was going on with my water heater. Dustin’s expertise is far better than any technician I have ever had here from any company. Dustin knows his Sh*t. Not only did I get my water heater replaced but I put a whole new water softener installed. My new system is awesome very professional job on everything. And I also had Best Air and Plumbing put two new HVAC inits on my roof. AJ was my technician for that job he was awesome also. Very professional job also.

. I am very pleased and will happily hire Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc again when needed. They were very friendly and offered me a few maintenance tips.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Great company

On 26 Oct 2017 a plumber sent over was very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. We found out by several other plumbers that you should never touch the maniblock part of the plumbing, which John did, Plumbing Solutions of Nevada. It is now dripping/ leaking and we have contacted the business 3 times and have not heard back from John. We hired another plumber. I would like to know how Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is going to rectify this. I will contact Channel 13 Investigates if we don't hear back this today.
