Franko was great. Got in there, found the leak in the wall quickly, got the supplies ordered and Basil arrived and got the problem corrected. The customer service was excellent from the office to the people who showed up at the house. I would definitely recommend Eternal Plumbing. Have used others in the past and all were crazy expensive and the experience was not pleasant. And they have a surprisingly superb military and first responder discount program. Give them a call!!

David has great customer service skills. He gets that contacting efficiently new customers is key to earning the customers business. He repaired my shower valve and his price was very competitive that he quoted me over the phone. He showed up on time and understood all my plumbing needs before he entered my house. Some others that I contacted needed to send somebody out for an estimate first. Really! for a cartridge replacement! This is an old school way to jack up the price on a simple job. I recommend using a small plumbing company like David and not the bigger plumbing truck retailers that come out to your house.

I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option! I spent over $5000 and I’m still left with a leak. I hired Drain Busters to replace my main water line to the house. And while they replaced the entire line, they failed to replace a $25 shut off valve which was corroded to begin with (picture), and in which is still leaking. And while they replaced the regulator (picture), which comes after the valve, the corroded $25 shut off valve itself was reused and not replaced. At one point the plumber even admitted that he should have replaced it. After the amount of money I spent, I was even ok with having to pay another reasonable charge to get it replaced but was never sent a quote. I was also told verbally that a few minor fixes would be resolved, but nothing was done as the overall service standard seemed to have changed once the last payment was made. I went with Drain Busters due to their past reviews, and being I wanted to support a small business. I gave them 2 stars due to the time and effort put in by the plumbers.

The serviceman came and told me his professional opinion how my water issue appeared to be rain caused and not a leaky pipe.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
