Fast response! There was a leak of some sort and Impact plumbing said they could get some one out asap as soon as possible. Alex came over and assessed the problem and was very clear on the step by step process. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He came back the next day and was clear on what he was completing and sent pictures. I will call them again and I recommend them 1 million percent! Thanks again!

I have used Alaskan Heating & Air through 2 AC units...a long time now. Today my repair service was completed bt Steve, who I have had for my maintenance checks recently. Steve is so good at his job and took care of me like family. My compressor was toast and it was replaced ASAP with no fuss, no bother and a more than fair price. Ibhave the service program so my savings more than compensated for its cost. Steve is a prince among men. He is courteous, patient and kind. A rare find these days. Thank you Alaskan!!

Worst customer service I have ever been a witness to. I made an appointment for electrical work done in my home. They never showed up. I then called to inquire why, and they said they had no record of an appointment, which i assured them was made. The woman was apoligetic and rescheduled me for the next day. Upon waiting again the next day I called again as noone showed. I was sent to dispatch where I was told They again weren't coming and could I reschedule for next week! No apology nothing! I told them they were unprofessional and no I'm not rescheduling for the third time! This company is an absolute joke! Who calls themselves a business, and runs it this way?? If you want someone reliable to come do what they say they will, Blue apple is definetly not the company to call. Cannot be counted on. Very dissapointing! I only get two days off a week from my job. I spent both of them waiting for Blue Apple! Unacceptable!
