My ac stopped working on the day it was 110°. I emailed a request first thing in the morning and Haik responded within a few minutes. He even came the same day, fixed the problem and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend.

Had a clogged drain called several companies they couldn't respond for several days. Then contacted Goettl they sent a technician within a few hours. Ronnie the technician was great professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had the repair done in reasonable time. And didn't say there were any upchargers. A great job done for a fair price.
