They showed up to look at my AC unit and told me it was dead and could not be salvaged because it uses R22 refrigerant and the R22 was all leaked. This was a lie. And they never looked in the attic, where the problem was. They just told me that I needed a new unit and quoted me $14,000.I'm glad I got a second opinion from a repair guy who fixed it, showed us that Goettl never even found the problem, and only charged us $700. And I have seen a number of similar reviews. Don't be fooled by the pleasant and professional seeming tech, they are robbing you with a smile. That fourteen grand would have really hurt our finances. Screw these guys.

Best ac company in the city Tl has the best customer service and is punctual on his time and gets the job does great appreciate them coming out last minute and making it a top priority i will be calling them for any ac service needs in the future.
