Gave upfront pricing and replaced my broken Main shutoff in my garage which was spraying water and put me at panic. Before he even came out he told me were to shut water off in sidewalk meter box to prevent my house from damage. Work was very clean and complete with no leaks. He also cleaned up work area. Prostar saved us thousands of dollars when our entire house had to be replumbed due to faulty Kitech connectors (which they had not installed). Their work was excellent and they are wonderful people to work with. Since then we have had them do many plumbing projects. They believe in service after the job.
