Anytime Plumbing, Inc Plumber
The sewer line inside my home broke last week. I called Anytime Plumbing and they came out right away. It turned out that I had a broken sewer line inside the house under the foundation. Jeff and Trevor spent 4 days repairing it. They had to dig 4 feet under the foundation to find the breaks. Jeff and Trevor did an excellent job repairing my sewer line. They were a pleasure to work with! The office staff were also very professional and nice to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a good, honest plumber! The price was reasonable and Jeff and Trevor went above an beyond my expectations! Thanks Jeff and Trevor for the great job that you did!

Scott was out to sell me a new A/c. he was very professional and explained everything no high pressure. I had agreed even thou I felt it was too expensive for me at this time but had him write it up. Meanwhile my daughter called and spoke with me and thought it was too expensive and we need to do more research, so we canceled the order for now. But I must admit both Scott and Westley were very good at what they do. I give both a 5+ star. Keep up the good work. Delores Reeck

Much Better Plumbing Plumber
Please think twice before you use this business.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

Fantastic experience -- came out the same day (a Friday) our first day in our new house. Thanks to them, we had filtered water, a working washer & dryer, and an un-clogged dishwasher before the weekend. Reasonably priced, great service. Will definitely use again.

PPS Incorporated Plumber
We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.
