Called pipe dreams plumbing my water heater was leaking water had to be replaced.I talked to a gentleman named Chance. Chance informed me he had one of his employees just finishing a job. I was told a plumber would call me before coming, Zack called me said he would be there between 12 and 1. He arrived at 1230 replaced the water heater . I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

I have used Dino’s several times, he does excellent work fairly priced and he and his wife are the nicest people! A year or two ago we had flooding in our house while I was out of town and they came by after hours to turn off the water to our house so we wouldn’t get more damage. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
