The time it took for a technician to visit was longer than anticipated, however the work was professional and the technician was pleasant to deal with. The price seemed steep for the amount that of service provided but all in all I would rate three stars based on the professionalism and timely service when technician was on site.

Prompt service. Requested service online in the morning, and they were at my house within 3 hours (earlier than they said). The technician, Michael, was nice and had another technician come out and video the main line for free. My only issue was that I feel that the service was a little pricey as the snaking job was pretty easy. Will probably do it myself next time, but if I choose not to, I will definitely call rotorooter.

Excellent service! I rarely write reviews but James 406 was very polite, respectful and provided great service! I thought I was getting service in the am to fix my clogged basement drain that ended up flooding my basement but someone cancelled so he was able to come out right away. He showed up promptly and fixed my drain and even did a good job cleaning up after himself in what seemed like no time! I definitely recommend James and this company!
