Recently, my demo crew inadvertently stripped the water main gate valve when shutting the water off. I called Darrell for advice, and he confirmed that I would need a new water main installed. His company was able to send a technician out right away, despite being late into the afternoon. The technician was able to install a new water main (ball valve) and they had the customer's water back up and running in very little time!

Word to the wise: if your home has a gate valve for the water main, call Inception Plumbing now to schedule a replacement with a proper, updated ball valve. In the future, I won't hesitate to have them replace these when I see them.
