We called KC Water Heaters at about 7:30 PM Friday evening. Chase was quick to call us back. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our 9 year old water heater. We decided to go with a new water heater. Chase scheduled our install for the following day (Saturday). He arrived on time - calling prior to arrival. He verified our old water heater did need to be replaced. He checked our home water pressure and began the process.
