Best New Water Line Installed in Kansas City MO

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

Absolutely outstanding. This is an owner/operator. He is running a small business and does great work. The guy you speak with on the phone is the guy putting in your water heater. I researched pricing and other services provided in the area and KC Water Heaters was the best option. He charged me hundreds less for parts than others and worked on the job until it was done right. The install of my water heater ended up being a longer job due to the age of the home, the vents and the piping. KC Water Heaters ensured everything was squared away. He even checked his work - noticed a small leak in a fitting. He took extra time and effort to make sure it was PERFECT. This is clearly an individual who cares about his business and customers.
