Best Leaky Toilets in Kansas City MO
This past year, I bought an old home (built in 1925). Unfortunately, upon moving in, I found that the plumbing was done almost entirely in corroded cast iron. Mac Wilson came out to rescue and tackled a monstrously large job in less than a day and a half. The team was professional, hardworking and extremely thorough (from Donna at the office, to the guys who came out to the house). I’ll never call anyone else for plumbing. Thanks, MW!

Mr. Jesse Neeley from Snake N Rooter was terrific! In a nutshell, thanks to his experience and creative thinking, he saved me $5000.00. Anthony's H & P was going to scalp me for $6K. Communicated well, worked fast, cleaned up and was very polite and professional.
Thank you so much!

To make a long story short, I hired Affordable Plumbing to do work on my home because the buyer's agent for our home sale wanted us to use them. They did the initial inspection and recommended the work that needed to be done. My wife and I hired them to do that work and here is where our trouble started. Matt, our technician, called me saying he was at an address 30 minutes away (obviously an office error) then accused me of doing something wrong. When he arrived at my house he apologized and got to work. When he finished, he told me my sewer line had been cleaned and that he had confirmed it with a video scope. Our buyer needed a recording of the video scope, which we did not receive from Affordable plumbing, so they hired them again to come out and rescope. This time the technician, Jeff, said that the lines were not only not clean but hadn't even been cleared of major obstructions. He could not even get to the main sewer pipe. When I called to ask about receiving a refund, Kim, the office manager, was extremely professional but (after several conversations) said that her boss was unwilling to give us a full refund. I insisted on a full refund because they did not do the work we hired them to do. Instead of speaking with me, the owner, Rick, called my wife. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He also decided that he would not give us any refund at all. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and hope that this review will help any others out there choose a company that has the dignity to do the right thing when their work is unsatisfactory.
