Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND KC WATER HEATER. Chase not only installed the water heater with extreme attention to detail, he fixed an issue created by another contractor. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the install is outstanding. It's hard to find companies that will be honest, do quality work, at a reasonable price. Call them!!!!!
