Best Furnace Troubleshooting in Kansas City MO

Crews that did the interior and exterior sewer line replacement were great, but the communication from the sales person we spoke with to the Crews regarding the work it was supposed to be done was very poor and lead to major issues that had to be corrected on site at the time.

Our furnace gave out overnight and Kyle Donahoo with AB May was out here the next day with a quick and reasonably priced fix. Decided to sign up for the service plan because of the excellent first experience.

Responded promptly and professionally to a last-minute weekend need. Chase was EXCELLENT and we so very much appreciated his help. He explained everything and how it all worked. Can’t say enough good things his service!
